At Jaore, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every piece of jewelry we create. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns within a 14-day window from the date your item was delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, unaltered, and accompanied by the original packaging, including any certificates, tags, or pouches that were included. Any signs of wear, modification, or damage caused after delivery may result in a denied return request. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items prior to approving a refund.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our team at hello@jaore.com within the 14-day window, providing the order number and reason for return. Once approved, instructions will be shared on how and where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Jaore is not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and assessed by our quality assurance team. If the item is deemed eligible, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges, gift wrapping, or handling fees are non-refundable. In cases of approved exchanges or store credit, we may offer alternative resolutions based on item availability and customer preference.
Custom or made-to-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, as these are handcrafted to your specifications. Similarly, earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, even if unworn. Sale items, promotional gifts, and limited edition pieces may also fall under final sale conditions unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, and any associated costs will be covered by Jaore. Proof of damage (such as clear photographs) may be required to process your request accurately and efficiently.
