At Jaore, we understand the anticipation that comes with ordering something meaningful. We strive to ensure that every package is delivered with care, accuracy, and in a timely manner. All orders are processed and shipped from our California-based studio. We use USPS First-Class Mail as our primary shipping service for all standard domestic deliveries. This method provides reliable service at a cost-efficient rate and includes basic tracking capabilities. Delivery time for USPS First-Class typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched, depending on the customer’s location within the United States.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, slight delays may occur, and we thank you in advance for your patience. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information so that you may monitor the status and expected delivery date of your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the order has left our facility.
In addition to standard shipping, we may offer upgraded shipping methods such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS for an additional charge. If you require expedited delivery or have special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order so we can make appropriate arrangements. We are happy to accommodate whenever possible.
Jaore currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. For international orders, shipping times will vary based on destination country, customs clearance processes, and local postal systems. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in the item or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Jaore is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the customer.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered complete. Jaore is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed. However, we understand that shipping issues can arise and are always happy to assist in filing claims with the carrier or offering further support when possible. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist promptly.
All of our jewelry is carefully packaged in protective and elegant packaging to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents, please retain all materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work swiftly to resolve any issues.
